This helps you relax more and you can enjoy sex and reduce chance of impotency.
Deal with your fears. Perhaps you failed a few times to get an erection. This can lead to sexual performance anxiety and it can lead to greater chance of impotency. If necessary, see counseling or find a way to deal with your fears to help you.
Exercise regularly. This will help increase testosterone levels and it also helps improve stamina and increases energy. It is highly recommended that you start out with a brisk walk for 45 minutes every single day. This will help improve your cardiovascular functioning.
Keep the weight down. This helps keep hypertension, diabetes, and other problems at bay. Diabetes is one main cause of impotency. Medications used to treat hypertension are also a cause of erectile dysfunction and sexual problems.
